Job Title: Revenue Enablement Manager
The Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to maximize revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of sales enablement, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and growth. We are looking for someone to help our team understand “why it matters” vs. “how it works” on an ongoing basis and evolve with our product and industry. Key Responsibilities
Enablement Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy to support revenue growth.
Align enablement programs with business goals and revenue targets.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Create, update, and maintain a library of enablement content, including playbooks, sales scripts, and product knowledge materials.
Keep up with system updates and educate the team on how to sell it and the value it provides.
Assist with best practices to upsell.
Performance Measurement:
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
Continuously assess and improve enablement programs based on feedback and performance data.
Tools and Technology:
Manage and optimize enablement tools and platforms to streamline processes.
Ensure teams are proficient in using CRM, sales enablement, and other relevant technologies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across revenue-generating teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enablement programs.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/Hubspot etc) and sales enablement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Highspot, Notion, Gong etc).
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
