Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within scope.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other team members.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of software development processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- +3 years of proven experience in web application development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (The closer to our stack the better, i.e: Python, Django, Javascript, Htmx.).
- Knowledge of database systems and data modelling.
- Familiarity with software development tools, and version control systems.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, bonus points for Shape Up.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
