About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a vital role in ensuring customer success and long-term growth across the entire APAC region.
This is a full-time position based out of our Singapore region.

What You’ll Do
- Own the renewal process for assigned customers: Proactively reach out to customers approaching renewal dates, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Craft compelling renewal proposals: Clearly demonstrate the ongoing value of Fivetran solutions, tailoring presentations to each customer's specific data journey and ROI.
- Navigate negotiations and objections: Address customer concerns with empathy and expertise, finding mutually beneficial solutions to secure renewals.
- Become a trusted advisor: Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a valuable resource and advocate for their continued success with Fivetran.
- Gather feedback and insights: Proactively collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the renewal process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams to ensure a seamless and personalized renewal experience.
- Data-driven decision making: Analyze renewal data to identify trends, track key metrics, and inform strategies for improved retention rates.
- Contribute to a winning culture: Embrace collaboration, celebrate successes, and continuously strive for excellence in customer service.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Have meaningful (1+ years) experience in B2B sales or customer renewals, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Have a proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear and concise language.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, adept at finding win-win solutions.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
