Salsify is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven Renewal Manager to drive customer retention goals for an assigned portfolio of customers in our Mid-Market segment. The Renewal Manager will own all aspects of the contract renewal process and work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to mitigate risk + drive upsell.

- Executes all phases of the renewal process
- Internal Alignment
- Pricing proposal
- Negotiation
- Contract creation
- Identifies customer requirements, uncovers roadblocks, and executes renewal strategies to reduce churn and drive customer success
- Proactively identifies churn risk by analyzing adoption and health metrics in partnership with the Customer Success Managers
- Accurately maintains and forecasts churn risk on a quarterly basis
- Actively participates in the development and execution of cross-functional churn risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive upsell that may be tied to the renewal or originate from inbound customer inquiries mid-contract term
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Account Management role
- Consistent achievement of retention and upsell targets
- Experience building credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of the organization
- A business focused mindset with strong commercial capabilities
- Excellent communication, strong project management and organization skills
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
- Language requirements: English
