Job Requirements

Advanced level in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

We welcome applications with a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Ability to attend in-person Day 1 orientation in Mexico City, (Santa Fe, Torre Acuario)

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Comfort with technology and ability to troubleshoot basic issues

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred)

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
