The ideal candidate will own responsibilities for building and leading a team of Regional Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers to achieve revenue goals and help enable MQL efficiencies, upward mobility opportunities, as well as channel velocity. This is a critical leadership role that will lend energy and efficiency to the sales acceleration that Zscaler is geared for.
● Coach and motivate a diverse team of Regional Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers.
● Demonstrated track record developing outbound pipeline strategies and programs that the Corporate
Sales team can execute on.
● Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, as well as other key
functional roles
● Engages with Partners to identify opportunities for the Sales teams
● Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of processes.
● Monitor and coach to Zscaler core values
● Identify training opportunities for the team and ensures compliance
Qualifications
● A minimum of 15+ years of Management/Leadership experience in high-tech sales as well as creative history for developing salespeople.
Ability to prospect and market concepts to new and existing accounts while interpreting complex information.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Demonstrated ability to forecast accurately
● Proficient in the use of relevant CRM database tools (SFDC)
● Ability to influence others and prepare for emerging customer needs
● Highly motivated, positive attitude; results-oriented personality with strong desire to succeed
● Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
● Enterprise sales experience with and actionable Rolodex of decision-makers
● Superb organizational skills
● Whatever it takes attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance
