Regional Sales Operations Manager
Job Description
- Support Zscaler Sales Organization focused on alignment to the Area Sales VP and all sales leaders for that Area
- Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders and externally to our partners in coordination with FP&A
- Lead a weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting cadence for an and Area and aligned regions with area vice president of sales, regional vice presidents of sales, regional sales directors, and partners
- Driving a monthly pipeline review to ensure adequate quota coverage and pipeline created
- Operational planning for sales including quota / target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning.
- Driving business process, workflow creation & re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Working in key sales process applications including but not limited to Clari, SFDC, Apptus, Xactly, Tableau, and others
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SFDC
- Expert level Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience is required. 8+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen
- Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
