We're looking for Regional Operations Managers across Southern England to join us in our mission to help as many customers transition to low carbon heating as possible.
As the Regional Operations Manager, you'll own the operational delivery for your region. It’s up to you to ensure customers receive the highest customer experience when transitioning to low-carbon heating. You’ll manage a multi-skilled team to ensure every single Heat Pump is delivered with incredible customer experience. You will proactively work with your direct & indirect teams to forward plan, identifying emerging themes, challenges and opportunities across your area to become the leading heat pump installer.
