Your Mission:

As a Zscaler Regional Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead communication strategies that resonate with our target audience across Canada. You'll be the driving force behind sales collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing efforts and the sales team's objectives. Your mission? To optimize ROI and get things done with unparalleled efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Communication: Craft compelling narratives that captivate the Canadian market, driving engagement and understanding of Zscaler's offerings.
  • Sales Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, working hand-in-hand with the sale, marketing and extended teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing and sales efforts.
  • ROI Maximization: Implement data-driven strategies to monitor and optimize ROI, ensuring every marketing initiative delivers tangible results.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to specific accounts, amplifying the impact of our marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Alliances and Tech Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic alliances and technology partners, collaborating to develop integrated marketing initiatives that maximize reach, leverage complementary strengths, and elevate the brand's position in the market.
  • Multitasking Excellence: Juggle multiple projects, campaigns, and priorities with finesse, maintaining a high standard of quality in all endeavors.
  • Support and manage all logistics for field events, including promotional items, speaker/SME prep, briefings, strategic partnerships, and pre/post activity. As well as, securing suitable venues for regional events, per event type and budget.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years experience in marketing or hospitality/event management
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup and willing to do more than expected
  • Prior experience in Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation preferred

Education and Travel:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Some travel (20%) required
