Role:

We are looking for a Country/Regional Manager to join our Growth Team and play a key role in scaling our Creative production capabilities worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing Operations / Strategy profile who is eager to take a new challenge and grow into a leadership role.

As a country/regional manager, you will be responsible for finding local vendors and build internal squads of creative operators to scale our production.

Role:

We are looking for a Country/Regional Manager to join our Growth Team and play a key role in scaling our Creative production capabilities worldwide. As a country/regional manager, you will be responsible for finding local vendors and build internal squads of creative operators to scale our production.

  • Identify and partner with local vendors or studios who can produce engaging creatives to support our games portfolio
  • Build one or several squads of creative operators, tapping into the best local talent pools of the region you will cover
  • Create seamless workflows and processes to ensure production efficiency and highest creative impact on our products
  • Prioritize and drive the creative production for multiple games based on product potential and user acquisition strategy
  • Analyse creative performance using data-driven insights to refine and optimise strategies, and manage the performance of the external / internal teams you will manage

  • Profile

  • Past experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, start-up, etc.), if possible in performance marketing / mobile app industry
  • You can work in autonomy and are eager to build up a business from scratch
  • Understanding of performance marketing, including how creatives influence key metrics (CPI, ROAS, engagement rates).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and the language of the region you will cover
