Position Overview:
Title: Regional Director of Business Development
Location: Sandstond Care locations in Colorado & Illinois
Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday; Candidate's must be flexible to work evenings/weekends when needed
Compensation: $120,000-140,000 Annual Salary + Benefits
What You'll Do:
The Director of Business Development is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the strategic plan of the regional business development teams. Responsibilities will include:
- Grow the overall contributions and the percentage of total admissions from the regional business development teams.
- Maintain and increase the conversion rate of referrals through strong communication and feedback to professional referral sources.
- Maintain strong brand and reputation within each of our markets by problem solving challenges with referrals, setting appropriate expectations, and surfacing opportunities for improvement to senior leadership.
- Coach and train team members to enhance new account/contact acquisition and drive increased performance within each market.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and / or behavioral health science required
- 5+ years experience working in the behavioral health treatment industry is preferred
- Experience leading business development and sales teams
- Proven track record of business development and/or sales leadership success
- Experience with Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud platform and reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word, and Excel preferred
- Ideal candidates have proven experience utilizing CRM systems to analyze, diagnose, and create performance improvement initiatives from data
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
