The Opportunity

We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at creating compelling employer branding materials and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent. In this role, you will spend ~70% of your time creating and refining recruitment marketing content (e.g., job descriptions, outreach sequences, social media posts) and ~30% supporting employer branding initiatives and communication efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and target audience profiles

  • Optimize career site content to showcase employer brand and attract high-quality candidates

  • Create engaging brand materials such as blog posts, LinkedIn posts, Canva graphics, videos, and email campaigns

  • Refine job descriptions and outreach sequences for tone, clarity, and branding consistency, ensuring that the language resonates with candidates and aligns with employer branding

  • Maintain a content calendar with clear deadlines and assigned tasks for all marketing activities

  • Manage social media platforms to engage with potential candidates and promote company culture

  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Insights to refine strategies

  • Meet or exceed recruiting marketing targets and KPIs (e.g., application rates, career site traffic, social media follower growth and content engagement) 

  • Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media and during candidate interactions

  • Stay informed about recruitment marketing trends and tools

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Social Media Marketing for a high-growth tech startup or recruitment agency

  • Strong understanding of U.S. GTM roles, tech sales positions, or similar industries

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Russian is a plus)

  • Proficiency in using tools such as Canva Pro, Notion, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ashby ATS, Perplexity AI (for copywriting), and social media platforms

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques for career sites

  • Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection

  • Ideally, ability to work U.S. working hours

Interviewing Process

  • Level 2 - 20-min Take-home assignment (Skills assessment)

  • Level 3 - Virtual interview with the CEO (Final)
