At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. In less than 2 years, we have grown from an idea to a team of 50, with a business that is in the top-decile in terms of growth, and a remote-first team that has been self-described as high-trust, low ego, high output.
We are an incubator building new SaaS startups in the USA. As the Partner responsible for Talent and Recruiting, I am looking for a recruiting assistant, recruiter, or sourcer who will partner with me on a variety of tasks related to talent including:
Find potential candidates for a variety of startup roles in the USA.
Update and manage our candidates in an ATS/CRM.
Track activity across the team and provide regular updates.
Help and drive on a variety of different projects.
We expect this role to work for us fulltime (or a minimum of 20 hours per week for the first 2 months and then become full-time). Our goal is to grow into a long-term relationship.
Requirements:
(1) Above all, you need to be a strong, driven operator: you do what you say, you deliver your work independently and competently, you take pride in your work, and you want to grow. You must have worked closely with a North American/European/Australian company before.
(2) Experience in recruiting or sourcing candidates for US-based technology company, with an eye for quality talent. E.g. for an executive search firm, headhunter, or an in-house recruiting team at a technology company.
(3) Strong research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to identify and evaluate candidates based on specific criteria.
(4) The ability to use the appropriate software tools to manage candidates (applicant tracking system, CRM), as well as research potential candidates (e.g. Gem, EZHire, etc.).
