As a (contract) Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our talent acquisition team, primarily ensuring that interviews are scheduled smoothly and that candidates have a seamless experience from first contact to final feedback. You'll take charge of getting the word out about our openings by posting on LinkedIn and other platforms, playing a key role in our ambitious goal to double our team by end of year. While the pace is brisk and the responsibility is yours to shape, this position offers a clear path for growth and the potential to transition into a full-time role as our company and business evolves. The initial contract is set for 6 months with high potential for conversion.

What You’ll Do:
Identify and engage with potential candidates using diverse sourcing channels, and leverage social media to promote job openings successfully. Screen resumes and profiles to ensure candidates meet job qualifications to Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring calendar invites and confirmations are managed effectively. Provide candidates with comprehensive details about the interview process and tackle any scheduling conflicts quickly. Keep the applicant tracking system current with candidate details and track all recruitment activities accurately. Monitor the recruiting tools and software to ensure they are effective in supporting our talent acquisition goals.Handle additional ad-hoc process and program requests as needed
What You Need:
1-3+ years with applicant tracking systems (Lever experience a plus)! 1-3+ years with scheduling/coordinating interviews across multiple teams & departments Ability to screen resumes for job-specific qualificationsProficiency in using LinkedIn for job postings and candidate engagementYou're obsessed with the small details, and don't mind the mundane, repetitive actions that result in an amazing candidate experience Skills in building and maintaining talent pipelinesCompetence in managing calendar invites for interview

The Interview process
1. Hiring Manager Screen; 45 minutes via Zoom, video ON
2. Team Interviews; 60 minute panel interview with fellow People Operations Teammates
3. Final Interview; 60 minute interview with VP of Operations & Sr Manager of HR
