Recruiting Coordinator (this is a Remote/Office hybrid role based in Utah)

The Job
The Recruiting Coordinator works with our candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to support various administrative and operational aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process. From scheduling interviews, responding to candidates expressing interest in roles and supporting the onboarding process, the Recruiting Coordinator handles all administrative tasks and helps create a “white glove” experience for both our candidates and clients in the business alike. The best Recruiting Coordinators have excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor and strong attention to detail; they enjoy multitasking and learning new processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our Recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) for all open roles
- Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient, including interview training, funnel analytics, and enablement content
- Partner with recruiters to support university career fairs & industry recruiting events as needed
- Assist in project work focused on implementing tools and capabilities that will allow the Recruiting team to support the business with faster processes and high confidence candidates.
Experience and Skills You’ll Bring:
- Working knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Process-oriented: must be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion and work well under pressure
- Demonstrated sound decision-making ability and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills: well-written comms, good diction and prose are must-haves in this role
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Show creativity with a desire to learn and grow
- Must demonstrate adaptability and confidentiality
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system is a plus but not a requirement.
- Prior experience working on a recruiting team is also a huge plus!
