We’re looking for an extraordinary Recruiting Coordination Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our Recruiting Coordination Lead will manage a strong recruiting coordination team by assessing RC workload capacity, identifying process improvements, and coaching our Recruiting Coordinators. You will lead the day-to-day operations of a team that is on the front lines of developing and delivering a best in class candidate experience.
What you’ll do

Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators who support either business or technical recruiters, removing day-to-day blockers, assessing performance, and coaching individuals

Facilitate regular team syncs and 1:1s with direct team

Own RC metrics for your reports, using this data to establish a balanced workload

Evaluate candidate experience survey scores for direct team and/or org, identifying areas of improvement

Identify operational inefficiencies and develop new and improved processes to ensure all functions within the RC team can scale with Affirm’s growth

Drive high impact projects in partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functional partners

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new recruiting coordinators as needed

Partner with Talent Operations to ensure all RC tools are used effectively, efficiently, and consistently across the org

Develop and implement key initiatives to define and maintain a best-in-class remote candidate experience

Hire, onboard, and train new teammates as needed

Enhance team bond by bridging our dynamic team located across the US by increasing recognition and planning virtual team events
What we look for

5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of recruiting coordination

1+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record in managing performance and scaling teams to support hyper-growth

Holistic understanding of the recruiting function

Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.
CAD base pay range per year:
Min: $80,100
Mid: $96,100
Max: $112,200
