About the role:

We are looking for Lead/Senior Recruiters to be a true partner to our hiring managers and an integral part of building the teams and growing our India business. You will drive decision-making in the recruitment space by using data and analytics to inform our process and hiring strategies.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition roles in a progressive, high touch, fast paced global organization.
  • Solid international exposure / extensive experience working with international clients.
  • Extensive experience with building successful hiring strategies, including sourcing, employer branding, partnering with agencies, in a project driven set-up.
  • Create and implement strategies to solve problems and build diverse pipelines across Samsara’s technical teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media
  • Ability to track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to hiring managers.
  • Effectively manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high volume periods while creating and owning a flawlessly positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Greenhouse (ATS) and other recruiting tools while meeting and/or exceed other hiring KPI’s.
  • Be part of a fun and energetic team that are results oriented, self-motivated and driven.
  • Ability to work from the Bengaluru office up to 3 days per week.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Is motivated by challenge, excited about finding solutions, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds.
  • Is able to manage multiple projects at any given time, with a sense of urgency and clear prioritization. You know when to move fast and when to be flexible. 
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality; you know that the work we do is often sensitive and you’ll use good judgment.
