Job Description
- Performing deal checks by assessing customer deals before submisson
- Planning and cunducting quality gates (checking compliance against IT software development standards) and participating project audits
- Ensure closing of findings identified during Q-Gates, and identify lessons learned
- Collaboration in risk, overrun and claim management
- Weekly / monthly review of status of project/service and communication to the stakeholders, identifying risks then initiating and tracking of Back to green plans.
- Coaching of deal, project and service teams concerning T-Systems standards
- Support of internal and external audits (Management Audits, ISO, CMMI, SPICE)
Qualifications
- Very good IT project management and service management skills, as well as practical experience necessary
- More than 10 years of background in IT Quality Management process is required
- Very deep knowledge of the standards of IT projects and application services (PM-, SE-, SM-Book) is a must
- Excellent German and english language skills necessary and being able to enforce his/her requirements as well as supporting continuous improvements of corporate standards, processes and tools of software development
- High team and communication skills
- Proactivity, ability to make progress without supervision
