About the role
We are looking for a Quality Delivery Specialist to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define tasks, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards throughout the development process.
About your core focus
Task Definition: Collaborate with Product Managers and technical leads to interpret business needs, translating them into clear, actionable tasks and test cases.
Testing Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, integration, and regression testing, to ensure software meets the defined requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, test plans, and testing procedures, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the testing process.
Agile Participation: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
JIRA Management: Manage and track tasks, bugs, and test cases using JIRA, ensuring clear communication, proper prioritization, and timely resolution of issues.
Quality Reporting: Analyze testing outcomes, including API and SQL test results, generate reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Your Profile
Must
Mindset: Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience working within agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development (shift left testing)
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) roles, with a focus on software testing and quality delivery
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs and SQL, with hands-on experience in writing and executing API tests and performing complex data validation.
Functional Analysis: Proven experience as a functional analyst or in defining tasks and test cases
