Your role at Hostinger
Ready to spearhead quality at Hostinger? As a QA Lead, you'll ignite your passion for automation by leading a talented squad of QA Engineers to ensure our products meet the highest quality bar. You'll be a driving force in shaping our automated and manual testing strategies, with a significant focus on building, enhancing, and scaling our cutting-edge test automation framework. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and fellow QA Leads, you'll champion continuous improvement and push the boundaries of testing excellence, directly impacting the speed and reliability of our releases.
Your day-to-day
Actively contribute to and improve test automation efforts using modern tools and frameworks.Lead a QA squad, guiding them through regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance feedback.Identify growth opportunities for team members and support their professional development. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage, testability, and product quality.Help define and improve QA processes and strategies within your team’s product area.Track and analyze quality metrics to guide decisions and improvements.Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building a strong QA culture.Your skills and experience
Strong hands-on experience with test automation (e.g.,Playwright).Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.Proven experience leading QA engineers or squads, including performance and people development.Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.Able to balance technical work with leadership responsibilities.Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and how QA fits into modern DevOps practices.Experience testing AI-powered features is a bonus.Sharp eye for detail – no critical bug escapes unnoticed.
