Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customerinquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry- specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 85+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple,Microsoft and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. This opportunity will allow you to:
• Own product feature/Client implementation end to end from test sign-off stand point.
• Test case design/authoring, ensure that the appropriate depth and breath test coverage is met.
• We offer a unique opportunity to work and own E2E testing and client implementations of various features and releases.
• Good exposure to test automation framework development and test case implementation.
• Validate and maintain thorough documentation of quality, reliability, performance and error scenarios.
• Perform high-class debugging for failure analysis, reporting them to Dev/Product and ensuring they are tested and closed.
• Exposure to Chatbots, Voice bots is highly desirable.
Shift timing – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of overall experience with a deep expertise in testing methodologies.
• Worked extensively in test design, test case creation, test automation, execution and feature sign off end to end.
• Worked on Selenium/Appium, TestNG, Rest Assured
• Desirable to have worked extensively in Agile mode of testing.
• Strong at identifying problems and debugging.
• Excellent design, coding, debugging, problem solving and analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
