What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Provider & Client Outreach Specialist to help us establish the Pre-Service Patient Support vertical of Grow Therapy. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of Outreach and Claim Specialists reporting directly into the Revenue Cycle Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage ineligible coverage responses for upcoming appointments
- Navigate eligibility responses and online payer portals to ensure accuracy when reaching out to patients for updated information
- Update claim information when errors or corrections are identified
- Track errors reported by patients and the Billing Support Team and provide guidance how to answer a patient/provider question or how to best work a claim error
- Explain billing to providers or deescalate upset providers/clients when their concern is a complex billing issues
Salary range: $25-32 an hour
