Description
The Site CTMS, Protocol Digitization Lead will oversee the Site CTMS digitization team; working closely with the Site CTMS team across product, learning, operations, and implementation to ensure customer expectations on quality and digitization deliverables are achieved on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team responsible for digitization deliverables, including resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and productivity benchmarking.
- Collaborate with the Implementation and Operations teams to project overall delivery planning and execute priority deliverables. Construct and present customer-specific delivery plans for initial implementation and ongoing success planning.
- Utilize metrics review and analysis to evaluate process modeling and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Contribute and influence innovation and automation of core workflows with a focus on scale and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, along with at least 10 years experience managing and developing a high performing team; of which 4-5 years should within the clinical research space.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Site CTMS platform to align digitization efforts with customer needs, adapt processes for protocol complexities, and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Proven experience in managing remote teams and deliverable workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Customer centric mindset.
- Enjoys “getting their hands dirty” by digging into complex operations.
- Prior experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $144,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
