We are looking for a creative and data-driven Promotions Manager with a proven track record in the iGaming industry. This dynamic role requires strong inter-departmental collaboration and involves owning the Network Promotions process from planning to execution. You will conduct post-promotion analyses to identify gaps and success stories, applying these insights to enhance future promotions.
Additionally, you will manage Local Promotions and create new initiatives to strengthen partner relationships, improve KPIs, increase brand awareness, and boost player interest in Playson.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute promotional calendars.
Set up and analyze promotions in the back office.
Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Art, Product, Sales, Technical, and Finance teams.
Report on campaign performance and conduct competitor analysis.
Requirements:
Passion for gaming with knowledge of industry products and promotions.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2C iGaming promotional role.
Strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of European and regulated gaming markets.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
