Currently we are looking for experienced individuals to join our Capco Poland Team in Payments domain as a Project Managers.
The payments landscape is constantly shifting, with the emergence of complex regulatory standards, such as ISO 20022, significant M&A activity, and drastic changes to how merchants and consumers transact – from the prolificacy of CNP (Card Not Present) and contactless to tokenized payments.
Capco provides comprehensive advisory expertise across the end-to-end payment delivery cycle from customer journey, card issuance and acceptance solutions to payments architecture and delivery and payments modernization.

THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Work as a Capco’s Consultant and be a part of one of the biggest projects related to digital payments, facilitating huge amount of payments transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions and government entities across more than 200 countries each year.
- Work on one of the projects related to:
- eCommerce aquiring
- migration a portfolio of credit cards to a new processor
- Implementation of the changes PSD2/PSD3
- Implementing regulatory changes
- Work in a hybrid mode from one of the following cities Warsaw/Wroclaw/Lodz
- Work in an international team full of experts from financial institutions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCED YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, in financial services domain, especially in credit cards/payments
Other required skills:
- Experience indentifying project goals, needs, scope
- Working experience in planning, documenting and monitoring tasks throughout the project
- Managing all resources necessary for project execution
- Experience working with various stakeholders and making sure in fostering clear communication
- Analytical thinking, decision making, ability to organize, prioritize and track tasks
- Experienced with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/Visio & any PM tools: MS Project, Clarity, Plan-View
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English
- Creative, Problem Solver, Advisor, Detail-Oriented
- Ensuring top-quality and success for the project
- Bachelor/Master Degree in related topic
