The Delivery Program Manager will lead and be accountable for development and construction initiatives and programs. They will drive efficiency and effectiveness through Highland’s project delivery process. They will prioritize initiatives based on impact to organizational goals.
They will drive strategy making, document and optimize process, and manage rollout and change. The role will report directly to the Vice President, Development and Construction. This role is remote with a 10%-15% travel expectation.

Responsibilities:
Partner with department leaders to develop project delivery metrics and potentialDrive efficiency by documenting workflows and optimizing process across Development and Construction activitiesIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the department.Maintain and drive impact through the partner program with direction from the Development, Engineering and Execution leadersLead project delivery efficiency and effectiveness initiatives across the companySupport establishment of resource planning to scale Development and Construction departmentAdminister and optimize the project management software tool and implementation Support creation of construction standards for electrical, civil, structural, and communication disciplinesSupport creation of project design specifications and engineering packagesEstablish the evaluation and implementation process for improvements to design, installation, or executionSupport the evolution and standardization of project management practiceSupport safety initiatives across the department
Qualifications
6+ years office based professional experience OR a bachelor’s degree in technical field and 3+ years office based professional experience3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role, preferably in construction or project management.2+ years developing and reporting metrics2+ years leading or supporting process optimization and documentationEV charging/renewable energy project specific experience a plus1+ year administering project management and other software toolsExceptional prioritization skills, with experience delivering impactOutcome oriented, with the ability to identify the largest impact opportunitiesExceptional attention to detail, documenting and delivering program updatesAnalytical mindset with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insightsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to drive decision making at all levels of the organizationCollaborative and dynamic, with ability to prioritize in a scaling professional environment
