The Program Manager oversees multiple services engagements with a continuous execution of work by a diverse consulting team. The program manager is responsible for creating a delivery strategy that aligns with client goals and appropriately uses client funds to complete the needed deliverables in the required timeframe. In this role, the program manager leverages project management experience in combination with business and marketing domain expertise to drive a successful program.
You will be working directly with the largest companies in the world, helping them with their Digital Marketing campaigns and solving their SEO/web-related problems by utilizing the BrightEdge platform and your analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee teams executing work on behalf of clients to ensure successful and on-time completion of deliverables.Ensure statements of work properly align products and services with the client business and technology needs.Provides proactive tracking and oversight on project status, resourcing, and priorities for named accounts.Assists all members/roles in prioritizing workflow - even hour-by-hour, minute-by-minuteMonitors and reports on project profitability; responsible for delivering project portfolio on-budgetWork with Client Services to drive client success and product adoptionCollaborate with Client Services and Account Management on account planning. Ensure CS knows status of all active projects.Help develop and drive process standards and efficiencies as the team scales.Help develop Professional Services offerings to meet and exceed market and client needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree5-10 years of consulting or project management experienceProject management certificationExperience working at a SaaS company is a plusExperience defining specifications and requirements using a structured methodologyStrong problem solving and analytical skillsOutstanding communication and collaborative skillsStrong organizational skills with a proven track record of leading and delivering projects on time; maintains ownership of processes and issues, and makes recommendations for new processesProven ability to compel unity and productivity in a teamWork in fast paced, results-oriented, hands-on environmentHighly proficient in MS Office and workflow management tools (Open Air, Clarizen, Liquid Planner, Mavenlink, etc)
