Program Manager

Our Data Cloud group takes an innovative approach to help marketers identify insights and new opportunities, solve complex business problems, develop data visualizations and dashboards, size audiences/segments for targeting, as well as test and measure the incremental impact of initiatives. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

This person will need to manage a roadmap of strategic projects across our top clients.  These clients will include both CRM and Activation, and the stakeholders will span internally across Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Sales, Product, and more. 

The ideal candidate will hold strong Project Management skills, as well as have a base understanding for strategic marketing or media expertise with the aptitude to think tactically and execute both as an independent contributor and part of a larger team. This role requires inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships as well as unpack large initiatives into digestible step by step plans making it easy-to-understand across stakeholders at various levels and disciplines. 

A day in the life…

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify blockers and resolve project issues and risks promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Excel in organization, with a high attention to detail, and a goal to create standardization across projects.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting project updates and documentation.
• Support opportunity assessment and proforma forecasting for new and existing clients.
• Assist Zeta teams to become the “first call” for strategic workshop questions.
• Ensure seamless integration with client workflow and drive utilization of existing solutions.
• Support client presentations and deliverables; working primarily with key stakeholders across account, sales, client partnerships, analytics and strategy teams

 

The Ideal candidate will have…

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Program Manager role, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive and confident demeanor and can effectively manage and delegate in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across a variety of clients and internal stakeholders

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years within a marketing agency or organization, project management or client leadership experience, with focus on organization and exceeding deadlines.
• Marketing (Digital, Integrated, CRM, Programmatic, etc.) experience required; emphasis to knowledge and experience in paid media strategies as well as owned channels such as CRM email, SMS and direct mail
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Understanding of advanced analytics, BI/data visualization and modeling is a plus
• Understanding and experience with a CDP, ESP and DSP is a plus
• Champion of a high agency mindset with outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to operate independently
