At Sure, we’re a mission driven team of designers, engineers, and product managers who are passionate about improving every aspect of insurance. Through our CRM SaaS platform and developer tools, we enable global insurers as well as brands to distribute and service any insurance policy digitally. While our environment is collaborative and relaxed, we build products that are well-considered and well-architected.
As a Program Delivery Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of Sure's enterprise partner programs, serving as the strategic bridge between partners and our internal product development teams. You'll maintain strong partner relationships throughout the product lifecycle while collaborating with engineers and designers to develop innovative insurance solutions from conception to launch. You'll ensure efficient technical implementations, manage project timelines, and use strong executive communication skills to align stakeholders and deliver products that reach millions of users worldwide.

Make strategic decisions about feature prioritization to ensure timely delivery while meeting core business requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Sure’s partners and clients, serving as their trusted collaboratorManage multiple partner implementations while maintaining high quality standards and timely deliveriesEffectively represent partner interests within Sure's product roadmap and objectivesPartner diligently with our internal team to help find efficient technical implementation methods, resulting in reasonable implementation schedules for product releasesLead the design, technical development, and launch of innovative insurance productsWork with division leaders to prioritize platform features, build consensus, and coordinate project timelinesDevelop, monitor and manage detailed project plans and reports to align partners, leadership, internal and external teams on project milestones, scope and statusUse executive communication skills in reporting project statuses to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our team is meeting business commitments and delivering high quality productsCrafting clear, well-written deliverables such as meeting agendas, minutes, business reviews, both for internal and external stakeholder alignmentFacilitate project meetings internally and externally with partners, teams and LeadershipShip insurance products that reach millions of users around the worldA successful Product Manager will have:
5+ years of experience in SaaS/B2B Enterprise product managementAn ability to understand and craft effective strategies to resolve complex business problemsProven track record of building strong relationships with external partners and internal teamsExperience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrate a track record of success building, shipping, and iterating on high-value products in an agile software development environmentStrong iterative design practices and platform oriented designProven ability to translate business requirements into technical specificationsStrong technical acumen with ability to understand platform capabilities and constraintsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSome experience with development technologies such as JavaScript, PHP/Ruby/Python, and SQLSome experience with one or more of the following: Segment, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or a comparable web analytics serviceWhat we do for you:
