Responsibilities
Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify product opportunities and gaps.Propose innovative product ideas and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and industry insights to address evolving user needs and preferences.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to internal business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support business growth and product optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product strategies.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in crypto exchanges, product management, or a related field.A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, with a passion for staying informed about the latest market trends and opportunities, both off-chain and on-chain.Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency business and ecosystem, including various products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a data-driven approach, capable of handling high pressure and a fast-paced work environment.
