Responsibilities:

Design and execute growth strategies focused on acquiring, retaining, and engaging users for Telegram Games.

Lead product operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and meet key milestones.

Analyze user and performance data to optimize growth strategies and improve user engagement.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic and operational projects, providing insights to enhance business performance.

Conduct user research to identify key areas for enhancing user satisfaction and increasing platform engagement.

Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to ensure continuous innovation and competitiveness.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, gaming, or related fields.

Proven success in driving user growth and engagement through data-driven strategies.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in managing resources and improving operational efficiency.

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on using data to inform strategic decisions.

Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.
