The Role
We are currently seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our Product Strategy & Operations team! This is a new function at Addepar that builds the connective tissue between the Product team and our cross-functional partner functions. Through effective coordination and well-designed playbooks, we enable product development organizations to more efficiently drive meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business.
As a founding member of this function, you will help frame our scope and responsibilities, and define how we operate as a team, and mentor others as we grow. You will be a strategic partner to product leaders in helping shape product strategy and execution, including goal-setting and measurement, and identification of gaps and opportunities based on client and market feedback. You will drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, including key product launches. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and facilitate an operating rhythm of cross-functional meetings and communications, and establish processes and tools for better collaboration.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $114,000 - $177,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement an effective go-to-market playbook for new products and major product changes, from early research and validation to post-launch adoption and operationalization
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to drive specific product launches; use your versatility to supplement short term skills and capacity gaps where appropriate
- Facilitate cross-functional leadership dialogues to create visibility on progress and risks, and drive timely and effective decision making
- Build and operationalize product feedback loops; collaborate with GTM partners and product analysts to synthesize feedback and use the findings to shape our strategy and roadmap
- Establish standard processes and optimize tools to support better cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams are aligned and efficient
- Mentor and develop other team members to help grow and mature the function
Who You Are
- Proven track record in product management, strategy & operations, management consulting, or program role at an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives from problem definition, research and analysis, planning, to execution towards business outcomes
- Experience conducting analysis and translating data insights into actionable steps
- Demonstrated ability to take a prioritized, pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Strong communicator who can convey complex concepts clearly and concisely, effective in tailoring communications to your target audience
- Ability to build positive relationships across functions and levels, proactively seeking feedback and effectively influencing partners
- Function well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and can operate with ambiguity.
