Responsibilities
Implement execution of robust growth strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and heightened engagementSupport product go-to-market operations, leveraging resources across technology development, product management, and market sectors to achieve project milestones and quantitative targetsAnalyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum effectivenessMonitor user feedback to uncover demands, preferences, and opportunities that will boost user activity and loyalty within the Web3 spaceKeep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in Web3, integrating key insights into growth strategies
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional operations driven experience in Blockchain, Web3 or NFTs sectorsStrong knowledge and enthusiasm for Blockchain, particularly in Wallet, DeFi, GameFi or NFTsExperience with various Web3 protocols & Affiliate/KOL management is preferredDemonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies and initiatives
