What we’re looking for
We are looking for a detail-oriented product manager with a growth mindset to drive high-velocity product development and to help optimize the SurveyMonkey product experience to drive engagement within survey creation. We need a proactive and capable product manager who can drive towards execution, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with product peers and cross-functional partners to deliver a high quality and modern survey creation experience. Bonus points if you have experience leading design thinking processes and working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
What you’ll be working on

- Prioritizing tasks with a defined set of constraints, writing detailed product requirements and working with cross-functional teams to execute while managing expectations with stakeholders across the company.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other PMs to transform the survey creation process and move the experience onto a more modern tech stack.
- Ensure that long-term investments are on track to deliver while helping to execute on opportunities to release short-term user value.
- Analyze data and other feedback sources to conduct A/B tests and refine product delivery iteratively.
- Engage in design thinking exercises and conduct user interviews, validate prototypes, and conduct competitive analysis.
- Understand and have empathy for survey authors and deeply understand engagement metrics and how they impact other company KPIs
