The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Product Management professional to grow our successful and rapidly growing intelligence platform for multi-family owners and operators. ApartmentIQ is the industry’s only source of daily, unit-level competitive intelligence. We track over 10M units delivering the most accurate, up-to-date rent rate and leasing data available to multifamily operators today.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to grow the customer base, drive incremental revenue, and retain customers.
- Work with Product leadership to define and execute product requirements for new features and products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch.
- Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact.
- Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, experience in a high-growth B2B company or high-growth B2B SaaS startup is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis in past roles, leading to measurable business impact.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Analytical and data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience.
- Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems.
