About the Role
Sproft Media is looking for a Product Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable working with large data sets to identify trends, develop dashboards, and make data-driven recommendations. This role involves working closely with Product Managers to guide decision-making and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data prepared by the Analytics Engineer to generate insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics.
Collaborate with Product Managers to identify North Star metrics and other performance indicators.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product features and user experience.
Guide user interview strategies based on quantitative and qualitative data insights.
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize product performance through data analysis.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the app’s recommendation engine by tracking key metrics and suggesting improvements.
Design A/B tests to measure the impact of gamification features (e.g., streak rewards) on student retention.
Analyze free user engagement to identify conversion barriers and propose strategies to increase premium subscriptions.
Investigate retention issues, identifying key reasons why students stop using the app and proposing data-backed improvements.
Requirements
Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Hex).
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Experience working with product analytics and tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
