As a pivotal member of our Data Cloud team, you will leverage your expertise to drive innovative solutions for clients, identify market opportunities, and bridge gaps with cutting-edge technology.
As a Principal Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Client Solutions Architect: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
- Innovative Solution Development: Identify market opportunities and gaps, and lead the development of innovative solutions that leverage our data assets and technological capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Utilize your technical skills to guide the development of robust, scalable, and effective solutions, collaborating with technical teams to bring these solutions to life.
- Business Interface: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to drive projects forward and deliver impactful results.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead key strategic initiatives that enhance our company's offerings and drive business growth.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for exceptional talent with experience in leading the development of technical solutions and strong business acumen. The candidate will have at least 3 years of experience leading multiple programs to business success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a role that involves leading the development of technical solutions, with a track record of successful client solutions and project delivery.
- Technical Skills: Strong foundation in system architecture, applications, APIs, and data processing technologies.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights using tools such as Snowflake, Hive, Athena, and Python.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and drive outcomes with minimal direction.
- Business Savvy: Deep understanding of business problems and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $130,000.00 - $180,000.00, depending on location and experience.
