What you'll be doing:
- Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements focused on improving the Camunda 8 SaaS offering.
- Manage community, customer, partner, and internal feedback with an emphasis on successfully driving innovation to improve our SaaS offering with focus on multi-cloud and multi-region, availability targets, as well as pricing and packaging.
- Fully evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests
- Keep cloud teams including SRE + Controller equipped to work on the appropriate user stories.
- Continuous assessment of Camunda demand, market differentiation and the competitive landscape as well as close collaboration with our Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Field teams.
What you bring:
- 8+ years product management experience in Enterprise software (e.g. knowledge about enterprise buying centers, subscription-based pricing model, enterprise software buying journey and sales cycles).
- 4+ years product management experience in a product area with focus on SaaS - ideally owning core SaaS platform offering.
- Experience of OKRs, customer research techniques, product design, Go-To-Market planning, backlog management, and working in Agile teams.
- Technical knowledge of cloud-native applications, SaaS deployments on cloud providers, k8s, high availability deployments (e.g. multi-AZ or multi region).
- Strong communication skills - internally collaborating with others and externally presenting to customers.
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
Nice to haves:
- Have experience managing a product used by IT departments (Software Developers, Operations, etc.).
- Have experience working with a platform product that is available as SaaS and on-prem.

Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $152,100.00 to $228,100.00
- Germany: €101,200.00 to €151,700.00
- United Kingdom: £98,600.00 to £147,900.00
- Singapore: S$188,900.00 to S$283,300.00
