Principal PM, M365 Data Protection Portfolio
Rubrik is on a mission to secure the world’s data, and that data increasingly lives in SaaS applications. Rubrik is looking for a Principal Product Manager who will lead our data protection strategy across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a significant and fast-growing business line for Rubrik. The ideal candidate will blend together strategic and business thinking, tactical execution, and leadership potential.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategy and roadmap for the M365 portfolio of data protection solutions (support for Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and Sharepoint) with a goal of doubling the business in 2 years
- Navigate the competitive M365 protection market to define clear differentiation vs competition
- Own and help create enablement material for sales engineering and sales.
- Actively collaborate with marketing and monetization to define GTM for the product
- Work across the product team to drive platform capabilities required for the M365 product success
- Lead and integrate value added services especially in the security space for M365 protection
Required Skills and Background
- Experience leading rapid growth Saas products
- Business acumen, nose for value, experience working with commercial teams globally
- Strong bias for action, likes to work at a fast pace and get into the details
- Proven web based product design leadership while collaborating with UX designers
- Track record of thought leadership / change agency within an organization
- Respected partner to sales, engineering, design and other adjacent functions
- Experience working with agile engineering teams iterating through constant improvements
- Deep understanding of MSFT ecosystem of products - advantage
