Your Role:
As a Principal Product Management Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product portfolio's strategic direction and success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and nurturing a talented team of product managers.
- Defining the strategic vision and roadmap for Hyperproof's products.
- Conducting in-depth market research and customer analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Managing the end-to-end product development process.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to drive innovation.
- Monitoring and analyzing key product metrics.
- Representing Hyperproof's products to customers and industry experts.

What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in software product management, including at least 3 years experience as a lead (SaaS experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent (advanced degree a plus).
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proven strategic planning and roadmap development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to inspire others with a compelling vision
- Track record of launching and scaling enterprise software products.
- Business acumen and strategic decision-making prowess.
- Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What's a Plus:
- Previous startup experience
- Experience in cybersecurity or information security products or practices
- MBA degree

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:

- A 30-minute initial chat with the recruiter
- A 60-minute chat with the hiring manager
- Two 60-minute chats with our senior Product team members
- As a final step, you will have three more 60-minute chats with other team members, who could also be from cross-functional teams.
