As a Prime Account Executive for Lead2Cash, you'll work closely with our CEO and our sales leadership to be an integral part of the NeuraFlash Sales team within the Salesforce ecosystem. While acting in a prime role, we will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, pipeline creation, qualification, evaluation, close, and strong account management. AS A PRIME ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Perform as a key employee in the role of Prime Account Executive, leading our Sales Cloud, CPQ/RLM, Billing and SPM go-to-market efforts along with our Lead2Cash SE & delivery practice leadership with a focus on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with Enterprise customers
- Partner tightly with the Salesforce sales and customer success organizations including CPQ/RLM/Billing Overlays, Core AEs and SEs, and Executives primarily in Salesforce’s Lead2Cash ecosystem
- Be responsible for a massive territory focused on Lead2Cash of the Enterprise Division with all of the OU’s including TMT, HLS, Public Sector, FINS, Retail/CPG, CBS and MAE
- Drive new incremental Lead2Cash business in our existing accounts by partnering tightly with our VP of Account Management as well
- Be a leader at NeuraFlash by being the “quarterback” with our customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction maintaining and growing our strong brand
- Be a quota-carrying top sales performer focused on new logos who is looking to learn and innovate to help the company meet its sales and high-growth targets
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to continually take advantage of new market opportunities and provide consistent differentiation for NeuraFlash.
- Help maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Continuously ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience (for NeuraFlash’s customers, and our partner Salesforce), by delivering quality and timely responses
- Travel up to 50% or more for customer, partner and company events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, RLM and Billing accounts
- 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers, and ability to upsell new products to existing customers/accounts
- Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner that represents the NeuraFlash brand positively
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, putting you in the top 10% of your current company
- Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
- Experience with Salesforce, selling end-to-end implementations
- Experience selling complex technology solutions
