Job Description
Are you passionate about data and business analysis? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Governance Senior to join our Data-Driven Intelligence team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data management, and a proven ability to create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation:
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust data governance framework that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation for all data governance initiatives, changes, and implementations.
- Ensure traceability of all data processes and workflows to support transparency and accountability.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data governance objectives.
- Monitor and improve data quality across the organization.
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.
- Strong functional analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical expertise in data management tools and technologies.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA). • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in data governance (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) is a plus.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
