Role Description:
- Working Experience in Capital Markets Domain
- Working on Markets and Reg and Control exposure is must
- Working Experience in change methodologies.
- Good PM background with execution in medium / high complex deliverables
- Senior stakeholder management
- Good knowledge on data hygiene
- Previous PM or Controls experience within Financial services environment
- Ability to own end to end delivery of medium to highly complex projects, identifying key business stakeholders, leading on defining business case, project objectives and scope in line with project sponsor.
- Create and maintain high quality project plans that support delivery
- Adhere to governance standards, including Project Change standard and guidelines, maintaining accurate RACI and RAID logs
- Multiple years industry experience in a Global Trading environment dealing with cross asset deliveries from Front office through middle office and operational functions
- A good working knowledge of operational processing across a range of markets product asset classes within Capital Markets.
- Ability to become a trusted business partner with senior management across BAU and Change teams whilst building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) – comfortable with detail, and talking at senior levels
- Collaboration and obtaining feedback from consumers to understand user needs and wants to drive solutions that deliver value.
- Collaboration with the wider change community to support the transformation of ways of working.
