Job Description
We are seeking a full-stack PHP Developer with a focus on IoT data and Smart Cities projects. This position requires a combination of back-end development, programming skills (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, etc.), and experience in handling IoT data. Candidates should have at least 1-2 year(s) of experience using PHP and SQL technologies.
Qualifications
BSc and/or MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (MSc preferred).
- Experience developing web solutions in PHP and/or Drupal implementations in a LAMP environment.
- Experience building responsive websites using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Very good knowledge of PHP
- Very good knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with IoT data integration, analysis, and management.
- Knowledge of Smart Cities applications and related data handling.
- Familiarity with Fiware (optional).
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g., Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.
- Excellent command of the English language (written & oral).
