An Enterprise Performance Manager (“EPFM”) is responsible for retaining and growing client relationships with the nation's top Automotive Groups. This role manages an assigned book of business which consists of one to several large Groups and engages with both corporate marketing teams and individual dealer contacts in some cases.
The nature of this role positions the EPFM as a primary point of contact that specializes in Dealer Inspire products and services and uses this knowledge and expertise to advise and build strategies with their assigned dealer partners. This role resides within Dealer Inspire’s Major Accounts team focusing specifically on the top ~100 groups in the nation.
The following will be just a few of the responsibilities you will be assigned:
- Maintaining, retaining, and building client relationships both at the store and corporate level
- Present & discuss digital strategy on a regular cadence through weekly calls, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Educate clients on Dealer Inspire website and product capabilities
- Staying on top of industry trends to help develop group specific strategies
- Work seamlessly with a wide range of different departments internally and externally
- Apply project management disciplines to fulfill customer needs across their entire portfolio of dealers
- Coach and mentor supporting team members to maximize service levels

A successful Enterprise Performance Manager requires excellent communication and analytical skills, digital marketing experience, project management capabilities, and the ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
