People Operations & Workplace - Working Student (m/f/x)

YOUR MISSION

As a working student in our People Operations & Workplace team, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how HR and office life really work. You’ll support the team with everyday tasks and help make our office a place where people enjoy coming to work.

YOUR ROLE

  • You will support HR with practical tasks like onboarding new colleagues, offboarding, and payroll administration.

  • You will help keep the office running smoothly together with the Office Manager (ordering groceries, handling mail, sending packages, unloading the dishwasher).

  • You will help in booking travels, meetings and external locations.

  • You will arrange gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, newborns, Christmas etc.

  • You will manage shared inboxes and tickets with questions from employees.

  • You’ll create a welcoming office environment by setting up meeting rooms, hosting lunches, and handling deliveries.

  • You will prepare presentations, reports and support various projects.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently studying Human Resource Management, Facility Management, Business Management, Bedrijfskunde MER, Psychology or related fields.

  • You are curious about the HR life cycle and office management.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

  • You are comfortable using MS Office. Big plus if you know your way around Excel.

  • You’re organized, reliable, and like ticking things off your to-do list.

  • You enjoy a high degree of autonomy and ownership and would like to join a dynamic environment.

  • You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy collaborating with others in a fast-moving environment.
