Join SADA as a People Operations Coordinator!
Your Mission
We are looking for an organized People Operations Coordinator! The People Operations Coordinator will be involved with preparing for and executing administrative tasks that directly impact our employees’ experience. You will be an integral part of the team ensuring that our People Operations efforts run smoothly. This position will report to the Senior Director, People Operations. Details are described below.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and professional with phenomenal communication and organizational skills. They will be comfortable working independently and taking initiative to execute multiple priorities and carry out administrative duties with accuracy in a timely manner.
Primary Duties Include:
People Operations Support:
- Handle administrative tasks involved with People Operations
- Process all new hire and termination admin tasks
- Process all paperwork needed for access to facilities (Insight/SADA/WeWork)
- Support global internal communications efforts including People Operations newsletters, policy/process timelines and rollouts
- Assist team in preparing onboarding documentation and communicating with internal stakeholders to support a positive new hire experience
- Maintain and update CIV (intranet) pages, PO Global Policy Center, and similar resources
- Proactively provide administrative support and coordination for the People Operations team as needed
- Performs other related duties as required.
Training & Performance Support:
- Support company-wide performance management process including sending reminders, compiling data, tracking completion, etc.
- Support SADA’s new hire protocols and processes with regards to performance management, launching including performance reviews, tracking goal setting, etc.
- Support SADA’s efforts to satisfy all Legal Compliance Training requirements (e.g. Sexual Harassment training, Ethics, etc) including assigning and following up with training to ensure the completion
- Review and track company-wide professional development processes including compiling data on spending and trends and answering employee questions on the process
Recruitment Support:
- Update and maintain requisition tracking reporting
- Work with People Operations and Recruiters to create and send offer letters

Expectations
Training - Ongoing with first-week new hire orientation (remote) followed by on-the-job training. This will also include pre-recorded self-paced training on processes and procedures. This role will have a detailed role-specific onboarding as well. Details can be shared.
Job Requirements
Preferred Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize multiple requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate the needs of management and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise
- Must be proactive and show initiative
- Ability to use appropriate judgment to ensure quality service and resolution
- Willingness to regularly work some hours that overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST); specific hours to be determined in partnership with manager.
Useful Qualifications:
- Administrative support experience preferred
- Experience with Google Workspace preferred
- Experience with Monday.com preferred
