What will you do? (The role)
- Own and execute the Partnership strategy within the GTM team.
- Evaluate different Partner types and segments. Define joint and individual activity plans to achieve our goals.
- Target new Partners within high value segments. Follow up with Partners who have referred big opportunities to us and find ways to increase the flow. Conduct outreach to key stakeholders to bring them onboard.
- Target strategic Partners in new segments to help us launch new Products and propositions to international employment markets.
- Define activity plans with existing Partners in the most efficient way to drive outcomes whilst optimising your time and resources.
- Run experiments with different Partners and Partner types to test new ways of driving growth.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to proactively manage our most successful Partners, creating joint activity and Marketing plans to help us reach out GTM goals.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops and Product to drive growth.

- You’re able to solve complex problems and you’re constantly considering the wider implications of a particular approach on different stakeholders.
