What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team.  We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager in London, England who will be responsible for building out a network of partners to support the EMEA go-to-market strategy.  We are looking for a solution-oriented individual to manage multiple processes between different stakeholders, a Partnership mastermind ready to take on the biggest challenges in the booming and ever-growing cloud environment.

This is a quota-carrying account management role working exclusively on developing and managing successful partnerships with key strategic partners as well as regional solution partners in EMEA. They will focus on driving opportunities and revenue through these partnerships. Here's more of what you'll be doing:

  • As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will have 360 degrees ownership driving partner relationships from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market and so much more
  • You will identify, qualify and recruit agency and SI partners into your region to support pipeline and revenue growth
  • You will develop joint plans with partners and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics
  • You will identify key stakeholders and business units within the strategic partners; carrying out education, alignment and business development activities to develop joint pipeline
  • You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert on EMEA partners in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME  / consultant for partners within Contentstack’s GSO
  • You will identify opportunities to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership for building these out into GTM initiatives to develop pipeline and revenue
  • You adapt to a diverse work environment and work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relations, service, and customer success stories 
  • Provide guidance and strategic advice to our partners, clients, and account teams around GSI partner growth strategies to deliver best-in-class joint solutions with our GSI partners
  • You will develop the sales pipeline together with your partners and ensure global growth in the process
  • Network and engage with all levels of the organization with our strategic partners as necessary to build relationships and promote partner growth opportunity
  • Managing day to day relationships with your partners
  • Manage all of the administrative activities related to the partnerships
  • Create and execute against a sound go-to-market strategy
  • You track your performance through goals through OKRs, KPIs and quotas 

 

What Really Gets Us Excited About You?

  • You have 5+ years in partner management
  • You have 3+ years experience working with and driving successful partnerships with strategic partners, such as EPAM, Valtech, Deloitte, Salesforce in EMEA
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics 
  • You are a born networker and have are well connected at all levels
  • You have solid prior knowledge of engagement with GSIs to promote SaaS products and integrate to existing solutions
  • You have a programmatic approach to scaling out partnerships to drive success
  • You are communicative, looking for growth and generating pipeline
  • Your way of working is independent and results-oriented, you also like to initiate change and think strategically within cross-functional teams
  • As a real team player and thrive on building strong collaboration with cross-business teams; you like to keep a lot of balls in the air
  • You have a strong and positive presence, are a master in communication 
  • You hold responsibility for driving mutual success between our partners and Contentstack
  • You like to have fun!
  • Travel will be required

 

Salary for this role falls between £100,000.00 - 115,000.00 plus commission based on skill set and experience
