What You'll Do:
With a cloud-first, partner-first strategy at Neo4j, driving revenue through partners in your region is key to meeting our aggressive revenue goals. To do this, we need a Partner Field Marketing Manager that can develop highly impactful marketing strategies and demand generation programs for our partner business that have a direct impact upon regional lead and revenue goals. This person will forge strong relationships with the Neo4j regional partner and sales teams and with regional partner marketing contacts.
Who You'll Work With:
You will be a member of the Partner Marketing team in your region, teaming closely with the regional Field Marketing team. The team is responsible for driving the highest quality lead generation programs that take customers and prospects through their buyers’ journey using all activities in the marketing mix including digital, partner and event programs. As a partner field marketer you will drive partner pipeline growth by developing and executing on a quarterly marketing plan based on approved budgets, including recommendations for digital programs, industry-specific regional activities, local events, and determining what demand generation content needs will drive business results for the region. This position requires significant cross-functional collaboration. You will be required to:
- Coordinate with the partner marketing and partner sales teams, partner with the field marketing team, creative / writing / social team, SDR’s, and local Neo4j sales executives to support our business goals and outcomes.
- Work with sales leadership and Account Executives to solidify the priorities in the region and create and execute on lead generation programs that support those priorities.
- Work with Global Marketing, Sales and Marketing leadership and Account Executives to ensure plans and activities are measured and communicated in a consistent manner.
Responsibilities:
- In coordination with field marketing, responsible for developing the regional field marketing strategy and execution plans, including the regional partner digital, ABM and event strategy to drive leads and opportunities.
- Accountable for the execution and optimization of the marketing mix to deliver key performance indicators and targets including MQL’s and SAO’s through our partners.
- Engage and work collaboratively with all marketing functions to plan and implement lead generation programs.
- Define and execute on partner-specific, regional digital demand generation programs that are both vertically and horizontally solution-focused.
- Develop and expand engagement within the region with Channel Partners such as joint marketing efforts to support demand generation.
- Engage with the local partner team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Continuously analyze program effectiveness to optimize execution, efficiency, and results.
- Partner closely with partner team to get feedback on programs as well as support and ensure timely and effective program follow-up.
Who You Are:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Field and/or Marketing developing and executing on digital programs and events.
- Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but also a team player
- Proactive learner and creative problem solver who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project and task-management skills
- Organized in running projects from end to end.
